A fellow member of the Institute (FCA) and a DISA (ICAI) certificate holder, Ritesh Sharma brings almost 25 years of post-qualification experience across statutory and internal audits, tax planning and compliance. He heads the firm’s Bangalore office and its audit and assurance vertical. Beyond leading the assurance practice, he has actively helped foreign and Indian clients set up their businesses in India – advising on entity structuring and formation, obtaining approvals, and providing initial hand-holding across accounting, compliance, processes and systems. He also serves as an external CFO to businesses in India, providing strategic financial leadership, governance oversight and advisory support to guide their growth.
