Description
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, India GAAP, Ind AS, IFRS, Standards on Auditing, SQC 1
- Relevant experience in statutory audit and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, team management, and client-handling skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are looking to build a long-term career in Chartered Accountancy practice, rather than treating the role as a stepping stone to industry.
Qualifications
CA (Chartered Accountant) – Qualified.
Responsibilities
- Lead statutory audit engagements, ensuring compliance with Ind AS, applicable auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee audit planning, execution, documentation, review, and reporting processes.
- Apply strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, Standards on Auditing, and the Companies Act, 2013.
- Manage audit teams, review performance, and support professional development.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality audit deliverables.
